# Download the PushPulse Mobile App

To download the PushPulse Mobile App, you can navigate to either the[ Apple Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pushpulse/id1669930639) or[ Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pushpulse.app). Once downloaded, tap the app to get started.

1\. Tap Let's Get Started to continue.

2\. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and password to log in.

3\. Once logged in, tap Enable to turn on push notifications.

4\. On Apple devices, you'll be asked to Allow PushPulse to send you notifications. Tap Allow.

5\. Next, you'll be prompted to enable critical alerts. Tap Enable to turn on critical alerting.

6\. For Apple devices, you'll be prompted to Allow critical alerts from PushPulse. Tap Allow.

7\. Tap Enable to turn on location services.

8\. On Apple devices, you'll be prompted to allow PushPulse to use your location. Select your preference. Note: PushPulse recommends Allow While Using App.

9\. You'll also be prompted to add PushPulse as a contact. Tap Enable to add PushPulse as a known contact.

10\. Tap Allow to add PushPulse to your known contacts on your mobile device.

11\. Once your setup is complete, you'll be take to the Overview screen within the app. Note: Initially, your Active and Inactive modifications may be blank as a new user.
