1. In order to send a notification from your mobile device, you have to be in the proper user group to do so. A quick way to know if you can send notifications is by checking the upper right-hand side of the Overview screen. Here--you'll see a shield.
2. By tapping on the shield, you'll be prompted to select a notification to send.
Note: You can add additional details to your notification prior to sending. (i.e. Thunderstorm warning is in effect until 9PM ET.)
3. Once you've selected your notification to send, a countdown will begin before the notification is sent. From here, you can also tap SEND NOW or CANCEL NOTIFICATION.
4. You'll receive confirmation your notification was sent.
5. By tapping CONTINUE, you'll be taken to the Active Notifications screen to view the notification.
6. By tapping on the active notification, you'll be able to see details of the alert. Notes can be added by those authorized, as well as clearing the notification. Note: Only users with the proper authorization can clear notifications from a mobile phone.
7. By tapping Clear Notification, you'll be prompted to confirm. Here--you can also toggle to send notifications to your recipients.
8. An all clear notification will then be sent.
9. The notification will then go to the Inactive Notifications list from Overview.

2. By unlocking your phone and tapping on the notification, you'll be able to view additional details in the PushPulse mobile app. The notification will appear as an Active Notification from the Overview screen.
3. By tapping on the Active Notification, you'll be able to see Details of the notification. Note: Depending on user access, some individuals may not be able to see Timeline or Notes. Only Admins can clear notifications as well.
4. Once the notification is cleared, it will then go to the Inactive Notifications list from Overview.

Within Profile, you're able to view your role, enable / disable notifications and sign out of the PushPulse mobile app.
1. If you'd like to disable all notifications, you can toggle Disable All Notifications on. Note: All other notification toggles will become grayed out.
2. If you'd like to make changes to your DEVICE PERMISSIONS, tap on the Enabled or Disabled status you'd like to update, and you'll be taken to your device's settings.
3. Lastly, you can scroll down to the bottom of Profile and tap Sign Out if you'd like to sign out of the mobile app completely.
Note: SPACES APP SETTINGS will only appear if you're a part of your business's admin group.
